Please complete registration forms online. You will be contacted after your submission is complete.
Any child applying for admission into Kindergarten must be at least five years of age by September 15, and any child applying for admission into first grade must be at least six years of age by September 15.
All first-time students must present a birth certificate, medical examination, and immunization records, or, in the absence of an immunization record, they must sign an “Immunization Waiver.”
All students transferring from another school must present transcripts from the former school.
All accounts, including those of siblings, must be settled from the past year or a satisfactory written statement regarding the settling of the account must be presented.
All students requesting admission for the first time must submit a completed application and two references. (e.g. former teacher, pastor, Sabbath School teacher, family friend, etc).
Students with behavioral problems and those requiring special education may be offered provisional acceptance.
If a potential student's admission application arrives after the deadline, enrollment will not be finalized until all required forms are submitted and the school board has reviewed and evaluated the application.
